Back from vacation

Got back from vacation yesterday. Teresa and I went back to the Quad Cities for a long weekend, and ended up spending a day in Chicago. For all the details take a look at our vacations blog. I'm still working on adding the rest of the information so check back in a few days.

I hate being sick

Man, it's been a rough weekend.

I woke up about 4am Saturday and started throwing up. Every half hour for the next 3 hours was the same thing. Then it slowed down to every couple hours. By late Saturday afternoon I had stopped worshipping the porcelain god, but my temperature was still around 101.5. By Sunday morning I was feeling great, but my temp was still over 100 degrees. Go figure. At least I was able to get online and set up this blog. <-- There is my positive spin on the weekend.

Finally set the blog up

Well, well, well. Looks like life is about to change for everyone in the world. I've finally set up my own blog.

This should prove an interesting endeavor, and hopefully I can keep this at least somewhat positive. To attain that goal, I've decided to force myself to post something positive with everything negative that I write about. :P We'll see how long it lasts.
