Dear Jason, We need to start keeping better track of the crazy (and normal) stuff that happens to us. We have learned many lessons and should be sharing them with the world. For example, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check the fireplace flue after people have been working in your home and may have left it closed even though you told them that you use the fireplace all of the time. If you don't check it, you have to brave the fire and smoke in order to reach your arm in and open the flue when you start a fire later that night.
